Random & Drunk

Yes my dear reader, you should be very afraid.  I have nothing much to post about, and am semi-drunk while I'm posting to boot.  Yup, that's right, run away right now lest you be offended by something I have to say or annoyed with my horrible grammar and spelling.  So, there you go, that is my warning.  If you dare, please read on...
My first week of pediatrics is finished, approximately three weeks to go.  As I am typing, I am sitting here with Izaiah, Cynthia's son.  Her company holiday party is this weekend down in PDX and I agreed to watch him for slightly over 24 hours.  Amazingly enough he is not the hardest kid to watch.  We've played the Wii, watched Toy Story 3, and are now watching Eclipse.  Awesome, right?  Yeah, I pretty much think it's awesome.  Earlier I took Z (that's what I call him) out with me to grab some movies from redbox, grab some groceries, and of course get him some McD's for lunch.  I actually restrained myself for once and did not have any.  YEAH ME!!
So my twinnie Sarah is now in Japan until the end of May.  She told me that Kendra and I (hello Kendra, hope you're reading so you get the memo) have to wait until she gets back to celebrate our birthdays.  I am totally ok with this!  LOL
Ok, so I could keep writing bullshit, but I'm not going to torment anyone any longer.  Keep up on your New Year's Resolutions everyone!

"The Violet Hour"~Sea Wolf
Your lips are nettles
Your tongue is wine
Your laughter's liquid
But your body's pine

You love all sailors
But hate the beach
You say "Come touch me"
But you're always out of reach

In the dark you tell me of a flower
that only blooms in the violet hour

Your arms are lovely
Yellow and rose
Your back`s a meadow
Covered in snow

Your thighs are thistles
and hot-house grapes
You breathe your sweet breath
And have me wait

In the dark you tell me of a flower
that only blooms in the violet hour

I turn the lights out
I clean the sheets
You change the station
Turn up the heat

And now you`re setting
Upon your chair
You`ve got me tangled up
Inside your beautiful black hair

In the dark you tell me of a flower
that only blooms in the violet hour

In the dark you tell me of a flower
that only blooms in the violet hour

In the dark you tell me of a flower
that only blooms in the violet hour

In the dark you tell me of a flower
that only blooms in the violet hour

I might be over reaching, considering I'm in Japan for 5 months, but I'd like to host your's and Kendra's B-day celebration, that is if she's up to waiting. Otherwise It'll just be for you. We'll see what the house looks like when we get back and how much work I have to do to get it back in shape, but I think we could tentatively plan it for Sat. June 4th. I'm sure Grandma would love to have Evan spend the night after having him away for so long. Let me know what you guys think.

Not sure when Kendra will see this, but I am fine with that. Minus one little problem..I think that might be the weekend of the Marathon/Half Marathon which would still be cool if you came again, but maybe we can do the birthday party after that?!?

Sure, I thought the run was in May for some reason. May not come to stay at the house again but I would love to come out for the day and support you guys. We'll have to wait and see. I was just trying to make it as soon after your actual b-day as possible, whenever works for you is fine and will give me more time to prep. I of course am already working on the menu.

I am pretty sure the 4th is the weekend of the NODM. (Are those the right letters??) HOWEVER... A certain somebody (ME!) is finally getting around to graduating with an actual diploma on Friday, June 10, so the following weekend would be the perfect time for a party! Add to that the fact that Will and Devan's b-days are right around that time as well; I'm pretty sure we could just party the whole weekend through.

Sounds good. I however was thinking of a no kid, evening event, as Mason's B-day is on the 9th so Sarah is probably planning a day party for either the 11th or the 12th, not sure because it is a little far out to really be planning for yet. Would love to have a combined B-day/graduation party, so lets plan on that friday or saturday night, whichever will work best. Let me know if there are any special requests girls.
